Preschool Director Marty Johnson

Martha "Marty" Johnson is the director of St. Stephen's Preschool. A native of Mansfield, Ohio, Marty moved to the area over 32 years ago with her husband Gary. Her own daughter started at the preschool at age three. Marty has been a part of the school ever since (over thirty years) spending more than twelve years in the "Music and Movement" room.

Marty enjoys her work at the preschool because she is deeply concerned with early childhood development and intervention where needed. She loves watching children learn!

Marty's daughter, who started at the preschool three decades ago, recently opened a Goddard school in Gaithersburg.
