Tai Chi

Improve Quality of Life and Wellness.  This gentle exercise will be taught by Dr. Harold Szu, a student of Professor Cheng Man Ching’s Grand Master Yang style with a focus on personalized development and wellness for all ages.  Sunday’s from 5:00-6:00 p.m., in C41, and Monday and Wednesday mornings at 10:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall.
