Our Mission: Ignite Active Christian Faith in the lives of young people in our community.
The 4 things we guarantee when you participate in Youth Ministry events and service opportunities:
- Food: We eat together every Sunday morning (doughnuts and brownies), Thursday afternoon (froyo and coffee), and Sunday night (a tasty snack supper at Youth Group).
- Fun: We do stuff that matters but it always seems to include a game or something that makes you think, or laugh, or sweat, or go “WOAH!”
- Friendship: So much of spiritual growth or exploring religion is just about making friends that you can be yourself with. We try to make that a part of everything we do.
- Prayer: Every time we get together we pray, but unlike most Youth opportunities, we even have a 30 minute youth-led prayer service as the end of our Sunday Nights together. It’s meditative, lovely, interesting, and also usually funny. Prayer doesn’t have to be boring, it just has to matter.
What’s Coming Up:
Make sure to come to the Kick-Off party to get the Full Calendar for 2017-2018! For now, here are a few dates.
