Our goal this year is to serve over 300 families with a Christmas meal and gifts. A gift tree will be placed in the entryway of the church where you can pick an item or age group to buy gifts for. Further instructions and specifics will be available in upcoming emails and on the Grace Ministries Webpage

Deadline for toy donations is December 15 for wrapped toys, December 14th for unwrapped donations. For complete info on ideas for toys to donate visit our Grace Ministries page. Thank you!

Service of Hope and Healing, December 9th, 7:00 p.m.

2021 has been another year of disruption, displacement, challenge and change. The lingering pandemic continues to affect our willingness and ability to serve and connect with family, friends and fellow church members. Many have lost loved ones, jobs, experienced financial hardship, depression and are suffering from “pandemic fatigue.”

St. Stephen’s will be holding an Advent Service of Hope and Healing both in-person and online on Thursday, December 9th at 7:00p.m. The service is devoted to connecting us to the hope, healing, wholeness and comfort that God desires and offers each of us.

We will gather in-person and virtually on December 9th as we wait for the birth of Jesus Christ, the One who  came for those who mourn and suffer. During the service, we will share scriptures and prayers  and sing hymns while seeking hope and healing. Following the service, you may gather in-person for a time of conversation and prayer.

Advent Worship Series, November 28- January 2

When we say, “That hits close to home,” we mean something affects us deeply. This Advent and Christmas season at St. Stephen’s Church, we will seek to hold the memories and truths of this season close to our hearts as we journey through scriptures that are tender, full of emotion, and vulnerability. Close to Home series acknowledges the “already but not yet” tension of our faith: Emmanuel is with us, and yet, God’s promised day—our everlasting home—is not yet fully realized.
