Our spaces and rates

Rates are contributions per hour, with a 2-hour minimum for every space. Add a room for child care (a child care provider is required) for $25 per hour.

Single Classroom

A simple, comfortable room for small meetings, tutoring, classes and club gatherings.

Front Lawn, Chapel in the Glenn and Main Parking Lot. Good for outdoor parties, gatherings and community activities.

No alcohol on church property

Under United Methodist Church policy, alcohol is not permitted anywhere on our premises, including during private events.

Before you book

Contributions are paid in advance.
A $100 cleaning deposit is also required. It is refundable if there are no cleaning issues.
Using the sound or video system requires a church AV technician.
Need a room for child care during your event? Add $25 per hour. Child care providers will incur additional fees.

Members and church groups

Contributions are waived for church-supported activities, such as Scouting America, Girl Scouts and church youth groups.
Church members using our facilities for private functions are asked to contribute 50% of the rates above.
The rates above apply to non-members hosting private functions.

Example: a 4-hour graduation party in the Fellowship Hall is 4 × $150 = $600, plus the $100 refundable cleaning deposit.

United Women in Faith

Our Purpose: The organized unit of United Women in Faith (formerly known as United Methodist Women) shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in global ministries of the church. Membership is open to any woman who indicates her desire to belong and to participate in the Global Mission of the Church through United Women in Faith.

UWF welcomes all women in the church and our activities include the New Dimension Circle, Faithful Friends Circle, Wednesday Morning Bible Study (WOW), a monthly hands-on mission group Service4Others, and the Creative Hearts, Creative Hands Prayer Shawl Ministry. New Dimension Circle: A virtual email circle that reaches out to members near and far with a periodic devotional and brief new and updates from St. Stephen’s and United Women of Faith. No meetings or commitments-just spend a few minutes every month or two, on your own time, reading some thoughts about life and scripture, praying, even hearing some tunes-and staying in touch with church events. Creative Hearts, Creative Hands: The Prayer Shawl/Comfort Quilt sub-group is busy sharing our handiwork with those who have experienced a serious illness or death in the immediate family. We would LOVE to have additional people assist us in making knit or crochet shawls or lap-gans (lap-sized Afghans) and lap-sized sewn Comfort Quilts for both men and women. Wednesday Women’s Bible Study: Various facilitators allow for everyone in the group to learn from shared experiences. Come join this supportive and fun group.
