Sunday Mornings at St. Stephen’s
Sunday mornings are very active at St. Stephen’s with many opportunities for you to worship and experience the love of God and community. During the school year (September – mid-June), we offer two worship services and a great selection of Sunday School classes for all ages. In the summertime, we switch to one service at 10 am each Sunday.
Summer Schedule 10:00 am every Sunday through August 30th
We’re taking a deep dive into the music that engages our faith. We’ll explore the theology and the history behind some of most beloved tunes. To kick off this special summer series, we’ll start with a hymn sing during our church service on Sunday, June 28th at 10:00 am!
Nursery (from 9:45 to 11:15 am)
We provide a fully staffed nursery for children from birth through kindergarten, sharing the love of God with your child while you worship and / or attend Sunday School. Our nursery is located in Room C46.
Children in Worship (10:00 am)
Children are welcome to worship alongside their families. Before the sermon, there is always a children’s message. Kids are invited to come to the front of the church and hear a story just for them.
At the end of the story, they can return to sit with their families or follow a volunteer to a classroom for Godly Play. Together with new friends, kids in 1st – 6th grade can have fun while their parents remain in the sanctuary. Parents may pick up their child after the service in Room C43.
