Warning: Email Scams

Scammers are sending emails impersonating Pastor Minoo, Pastor Chaney, and members of the staff. They are requesting church directories and other sensitive information.

Please keep the following in mind:

• All official emails from Pastor Minoo and Pastor Chaney will come only from their @StStephensFairfax email addresses. If you receive a message from any other address claiming to be one of our pastors, do not respond.
• Our pastors will NEVER ask you for gift cards, financial assistance, or personal information via email.
• If you receive a suspicious email, do not click any links, do not provide any information, and do not send money or gift cards. Please report it to the church office immediately so we can document and address these attempts.

We are sorry that you have to be on guard in this way, but protecting our church family is crucial. When in doubt, please call the church office directly to verify any unusual request.
