Sunday Mornings at St. Stephen’s

Sunday mornings are very active at St. Stephen’s with many opportunities for you to worship and experience the love of God and community.    We offer two worship services and a great selection of Sunday School classes for all ages.  

Contemporary Service (9:00 a.m.) 

This service offers a faster-paced worship experience including today’s Christian music led by our very own Source Band. 

Sunday School (10:00 a.m.) 

We offer educational experiences for all ages.

Traditional Service (11:00 a.m.)

This service offers a worship experience that includes liturgy along with your favorite hymns, accompanied by piano and organ. 

Nursery (from 8:45 am to 12:15 p.m.)  

We provide a fully staffed nursery for children from birth through 3 years of age, sharing the love of God with your child while you worship and / or attend Sunday School. Our nursery is located in Room C46.

Children in Worship (9 and 11 a.m.)

Children are welcome to worship alongside their families or children may attend a separate children’s activity.

During the 9:00 a.m. service:

Children 4 years old through Kindergarten can attend Faith Builders. 

Children wishing to attend Faith Builders will be escorted by a volunteer at the conclusion of the Children’s Moment. Parents may pick up their child after the service in Room C44.

During the 11:00 a.m. service:

Children 4 years old through the 2nd grade can attend Godly Play. 

Children wishing to attend Godly Play will be escorted by a volunteer to these programs at the conclusion of the Children’s Moment. Parents may pick up their child after the service in Room C43.

Virtual/Online Church

For those who choose to worship online, we livestream both our 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. services on YouTube.

What is the process for scheduling gatherings/events at St. Stephen's?

To schedule an gathering/event at St. Stephen’s, you will need to complete a Room Reservation Form (click here).  Once you have completed the form it will automatically be sent to the church office for review and approval.

What are the requirements when attending an in-person gathering?

  • If the Community Covid-19 rate for our area is “low” or “medium”, masks and social distancing is not required.  If that rate is “high” then masks and social distancing is required.  

    • if you develop 2 or more of the following symptoms of COVID-19 you should not attend the gathering:
      • Fever
      • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
      • Chills
      • Persistent cough
      • Flu-like symptoms
      • Diarrhea or intestinal upset
      • Fatigue
      • Sore throat
      • Headache
      • Muscle pain
      • Recent loss of taste or smell.
