Events in the Lenten Season
Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper – 2/17, 5:30 – 7:00 pm
Flip for a good cause! Join us for a delicious pancake dinner and help fund our Youth Mission Trip this summer. Bring your appetite and donate what you can—all are welcome, and kids will love it!
Ash Wednesday – 2/18, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm Open House
Time to pause, pray, and receive ashes in the Welcome Center. Come and go as you need.
Ash Wednesday Service – 2/18, 7:30 pm
Join us in the sanctuary for a somber service of worship and the imposition of ashes to mark the beginning of Lent.
Holy Thursday – 4/2, 7:30 pm
Commemorate the Last Supper with a meaningful worship service as we enter the most sacred days of the Christian year.
Good Friday – 4/3, 7:30 pm
A solemn service of reflection on the crucifixion. This contemplative worship service invites us to walk with Jesus through his final hours.
Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt – 4/4, 2:00-4:00 pm
Bring the kids for an egg-citing afternoon of fun! Our community Easter egg hunt is a joyful celebration for children of all ages. Crafts, treats, and springtime fun await!
Easter Sunday – 4/5
Three Ways to Celebrate the Resurrection!
6:30 am – Outdoor Sunrise Service at the Chapel in the Glenn – Greet Easter morning outdoors in nature’s cathedral.
9:00 am – Contemporary service in the sanctuary – Uplifting music and celebration for all ages.
11:00 am – Traditional Service in the sanctuary – Classic Easter worship with organ and choir.
